By accessing or using MELLI's AI receptionist service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MELLI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that:
- Answers incoming calls to your business
- Handles customer inquiries using natural language AI
- Books appointments and captures customer information
- Records and transcribes calls
- Integrates with your calendar and CRM systems
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Money Back Guarantee
- New users are eligible for a 14-day Money Back Guarantee.
- If you are unsatisfied, request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription.
- Refunds apply only to the base subscription fee (usage credits spent are non-refundable).

Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- All fees are in USD
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change prices with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance downtime
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service failures (phone carriers, AI providers)
- Internet connectivity issues
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: MELLI, our logo, technology, and content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your call recordings and data. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy of AI responses
- Compatibility with your systems
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MELLI IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- AI errors or incorrect responses
- Damages exceeding the fees paid in the last 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MELLI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Call recording compliance violations
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our discretion with 30 days notice
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. Export your data before termination.
13. Governing Law
